Terri Lynne (Schaffer) Fults

Terri Lynne Fults, 72, of Lake Ozark, Missouri passed away Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Osage Beach Rehabilitation in Osage Beach, Missouri.  She was born December 29, 1952 in Des Moines, Iowa the daughter of the late Ben and Fern (Fitzgerald) Schaffer. 

Survivors include,

Sons, Aaron Fults (Jennifer) of Lake Ozark, MO; Rex Fults (Tami) of Trenton, MO

Grandchildren, Andrea, Valerie and Trinety

Brother, Rex Schaffer (Lona Kay) of Des Moines, IA

Brother-in-law, Dean Ross (Marliss) of Eldon, MO

Along with her parents, sisters, Nancy Schaffer and Cheryl Ross, and a brother, Theron Marc Schaffer preceded her in death.

Terri was a member of Lake Ozark Christian Church of Lake Ozark, MO and the Order of Eastern Star.  She was a Licensed Practical Nurse in many nursing homes and care facilities in the area. 

Per her wishes, her body has been cremated and Interment will be held at Freemont Cemetery in Tripoli, IA at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
