Tammy Diane (Wolford) Chapman

On Saturday, April 13,2024 an extraordinary spirit took flight and left this world and all its troubles behind when Tammy Dianne Chapman 57, of Eldon Missouri, took her final breath. Tammy, known all her life as Sissy to those who loved her, was one of a kind. She made an impression on everyone who ever met her. She was kind, and caring and will be terribly missed by her family and friends.

She was born November 6, 1966 in Pike County Kentucky, to Charles Wolford and the Late Lana Kay’s.

Aside from her Mother, she was also preceded in death by her parental grandparents Robert and Kathleen Wolford and her maternal grandparent Georgia Chapman. Her beloved sister Pamela Dale, also took her Heavenly flight ahead of her.

Tammy is survived by her Son, Anthony Hurley (whom she called Tony), and his wife Whitany; her Daughter Natasha Potts-Diles (whom she called Doll) and her husband Ryan. Together, her two beloved children graced her with grandchildren, Reanna Faith Hurley, Randah LeKae Hurley, Skyler Morgan, Robert (Robbie) Potts, Kaileah Dianne Potts, Shemaiah Kennedy Potts, and Keelan Andrew Paul Diles (her bee). Also left to mourn her are Three Brothers Charles Darren Wolford, Chris Wolford, Joe Hurley, and one sister Beverly Hurley. She is also survived by her Father Charles (Pam) Wolford, and a host of nieces and nephews. Although Tammy’s spirit has gone back to God, her memories are left to be cherished by all who knew her.

Family will plan services for a later date.
