Shirley Scrivner (Reynolds) Alderman

Shirley Scrivner Alderman, 84 of Olean, Missouri passed away Friday, November 18, 2022 at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.  She was born February 28, 1938 in Moniteau County, Missouri the daughter of the late William E. and Nellie (Karr) Reynolds.  On May 18, 1956 she was united in marriage to Harold E. Scrivner who preceded her in death on October 10, 1993.  She was then united in marriage to Glen G. Alderman on April 27, 2002 and he preceded her on February 23, 2018.

Survivors include,

Daughter, Debbie Yeokum (Tommy Thompson) of Bland, MO

Granddaughter, Brandy McDonald of Columbia, MO

Great Granddaughter, Amy McDonald of Jefferson City, MO

Brother in law, Mitchel Hickey of Eldon, MO

A sister, Betty Hickey and a brother, Billy Reynolds preceded her in death. 

Shirley attended Mt. Herman Baptist Church of Olean, MO.  She was employed with Florsheim Shoe Company for many years.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from 11:00 AM ~ 12:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 12:00 PM with Rev. Kent Hutcherson officiating.  Burial will follow at High Point Cemetery in High Point, MO.

Memorials in her name are suggested to Mt. Herman Baptist Church.
