Schaffer D. Chapman, 35, of Lebanon, Missouri passed away Friday, July 23, 2021 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. He was born April 21, 1986 in Jefferson City, Missouri the son of Tamara (Chapman) Cantwell and James Dale

His Children, Marley Chapman of Eldon, Missouri; Baron Chapman of Eldon, MO and Olliver Sandoval of Lebanon, MO
Parents, Tammy and Chris Cantwell of Eldon, MO; James Dale of Stover, MO
Sisters, Paisley Hall (Jon); Melina Dale and Zoe Veach
Brother, Julian Dale
Fiancé’, Deja Sandoval of Lebanon, MO
His Grandparents, Bev and Paul Chapman preceded him in death.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM with Chris Reynolds, Minister officiating. Burial will be private for the family at Big Rock Cemetery.
