Sandra Eileen Meyer, 74 of Lenexa, Kansas passed away Friday, March 20, 2020 at the Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born February 9, 1946 in Goodland, Kansas the daughter of the late Rueben and Ruby Peter. On December 22, 1963 she was united in marriage to Robert L. Meyer of Goodland, Kansas, who proceeded her in death on September 25, 2013.

Sandy was a big NASCAR and Kansas City Royals fan, loved to sing and play music and enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Natalie S. (Meyer) Duy and Bobbi J. (Meyer) Sidorenkov and son-in-law, Oleg P. Sidorenkov. Her grandchildren, Nicolas O. Sidorenkov, Nikolaus G. Duy, Amanda Duy Hall and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and Leo Meyer, her dog.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Rueben and Ruby Peter, brothers Dennis and Jerry Peter and loving husband Robert L. Meyer.

Due to COVID-19 concerns and social distancing guidelines, no visitation or formal funeral will be held. She will be laid to rest on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 in the Eldon Cemetery.
