Roy Keitel Obituary

Roy Willard Keitel, 78, of Rocky Mount, Missouri passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Lake Regional Health Systems in Osage Beach, Missouri. He was born September 20, 1942 in Salina, Kansas the son of the late Roy and Sadie (Gowing) Keitel. On June 16, 2012 at Bridal Cave in Camdenton, Missouri he was united in marriage to Shannon (Findley) Keitel who survives of the home.

Other survivors include,

Sons, Wade Keitel (Clydena); Ward Keitel (Terri) all of KS

Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and one Step Granddaughter

Roy greatly enjoyed spending time singing and karaoke. He especially loved the song, Long Black Train.

Per his wishes, his body has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM at Hero’s Junction in Rocky Mount, MO.

Memorials in his name are suggested to the Rocky Mount Fire Department.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
