Ronald "Ron" Clement

Ronald “Ron” Clement, 72 of Eldon, Missouri passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family after a brief battle with cancer on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at his residence in Eldon, Missouri.  He was born December 29, 1949 in Blanche, Missouri the son of the late Edwin Bishop and Juanita Annette (Pendleton) Clement.  On June 23, 1972 in Versailles, Missouri he was united in marriage to Linda (Sweaney) Clement who survives of the home.

Five Grandchildren, Christian, Hunter, Gracyn, Jonah & Kinzie

Siblings, Edwina Slone of Tuscumbia, MO; Sue Allen (Kenny) of Lake Ozark, MO; Mark Clement of Tuscumbia, MO; Rick Clement (Tammy) of Platte City, MO

Ron owned and operated Alpha Concrete Construction with Bennett Helton for over forty years.  He served in the United States Marines during the Vietnam War.  He was an avid fisherman and hunter.  He was a huge fan of the New York Yankees and frequently declared them to be the best team in the history of baseball.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 14, 2022 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 AM with Kent Glover officiating.  Burial with Full Military Honors presented will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Tuscumbia, MO.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials in his name are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
