Robert "Bob" J. Stewart

Robert “Bob” J. Stewart, 80, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Sunday, May 17, 2026 at Miller County Nursing and Rehab in Tuscumbia, Missouri.  He was born January 14, 1946 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of the late Eugene Gerald and Beulah M. (Bottoms) Stewart.  On August 9, 2015 in Eldon, Missouri he was united in marriage to Sue Ann (Davis) Stewart who survives of the home.

Sons, Kelly Stewart (Nikki) of St. Thomas, MO; Michael Stewart (Dena Young) of Eugene, MO

Two Grandchildren, Annie & Jacob Stewart

Brothers, Tom Stewart of Eldon, MO; Jim Stewart of Jefferson City, MO

Sister, Beth Helms (Mark) of Eldon, MO

Along with his parents, a brother, Don Stewart preceded him in death.

Bob was a devoted member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Eldon, MO where he faithfully served as a Eucharistic Minister.  He was a private pilot and enjoyed flying and was a member of E.A.A.  Bob was an avid golfer and enjoyed racing go karts in his younger days and received many winning trophies.

Visitation will be Friday, May 22, 2026 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Mass beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev. Simon Kanyike officiating.  Burial will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery.

Memorials in his name are suggested to the Eldon City Cemetery.
