Robert "Bob" Edward Mullett, Sr.

Robert “Bob” Edward Mullett, Sr., passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at his residence in Eldon, Missouri.  He was born June 15, 1944 in Mineola, New York the son of the late William and Anna (Gieseler) Mullett.  On July 9, 1977 in Springfield, Illinois he was united in marriage to Vickey (Conaway) Mullett who survives at the home.

Children, Tina Winick (Jerry Jones) of Jefferson City, MO; Robert E. Mullett, Jr. (Donna Keeran) of Osage Beach, MO

Four Grandchildren, Serenity and Brady Winick, Chase Magyer and Brent Mullett

One Great-Grandchild on the way, Jaxon Robert Winick

Brother, William Short of BRistol, CT

Sisters, Barbara Soden (Ken) of Burlington, CT; Patti Jane Plourde of Hartford, CT

A daughter, Michelle Mullett and a brother, James Short, Jr. preceded him in death.

Bob served in the United States Army from 1965-1969, serving during the Vietnam era.  He was a life member of the American Legion of Sunrise Beach, MO; a member of the American Legion Riders; of H.O.G.; the Patriot Guard Riders and was a 100 % service connected.  Robert carried a Brown Belt in Shorin RYU Karate and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Eldon, MO.

Visitation will be Friday, May 20, 2022 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a Celebration of Life beginning at 2:00 PM with Father John Schmitz officiating.  Burial will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery with Full Military Honors presented.

Memorials in his name are suggested In Care of the Family.
