Robert Lee "Hoot" Reed

Robert Lee “Hoot” Reed, 71 of Eldon, Missouri passed away Friday, November 24, 2023 at his residence in Eldon, Missouri.  He was born July 14, 1952 in Tuscumbia, Missouri the son of the late Harry C. and Mary M. (Wickham) Reed.  Robert married the love of his life Janet (Adcox) on November 28, 1970.

Wife, Janet Hall

His children, Pammy Sue Reed of Farmington, MI; Honeydawn Scherzer Kimball (Don) of MI; Joseph Lee Reed (Tina) of Garden City, MI; Christopher Reed of Macks Creek, MO

Five Grandchildren & Six Great-Grandchildren

Siblings, Junior Reed (Pat); Mike Reed (Mary); Helen Rising; Susan Brune

Several Nieces and Nephews

Along with his parents, a son, Brice Curtis Reed preceded him in death.

Robert loved his family.  He enjoyed fishing, gardening, working at the family business and overall life.

Memorial Service will be Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.

Memorials in his name are suggested to the Rocky Mount Baptist Church.
