Robert Haynes Obituary

Robert Haynes, 47, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 at his residence in Eldon, Missouri.  He was born January 4, 1973 in Jefferson City, Missouri the son of Robert Gene and Sherry (Houston) Haynes. 

Survivors include,

Daughter, Ila Haynes of Jefferson City, MO

Step Son, Bobby Harkness of Branson, MO

Mother, Sherry Haynes of Eldon, MO

Several Aunts and Uncles

His father and grandfather preceded him in death.

Robert was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.  He was an Auctioneer and ran a weekly auction service at Hwy 54 Auction for a number of years.   He was also instrumental in running and operating the Lebanon Livestock Auction in Lebanon, MO and was employed as an over the road truck driver for several years.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a Celebration of Life beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev. David White officiating.

Per Robert’s wishes his body had been cremated and Private Family Interment will be held at a later date.

Memorials in his name are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to the Donor’s Choice.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
