Rickey Lee Dawson

Rickey Lee Dawson, 68 of Henley, Missouri passed away Monday, February 27, 2023 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.  He was born February 10, 1955 in Imperial, Missouri the son of the late Billie Eugene Dawson and Violet Mildred (Metts) Sullivan.  On July 28, 1973 in Overland, Missouri he was united in marriage to Pamela Lee (Golden) Dawson who survives of the home.

Grandchildren, David Fisher, Brandon Fisher (Rachel), Shawn Fisher (Sydney), Lacie Storey, Lucas Abbett (Alison), Rickey Dawson, III (Brittany), Samantha Dawson (Cliff Peters), Trevor Dawson & Kyla Dawson

Eleven Great Grandchildren

Siblings, Shirley Mitchell (Pete); Sandra of OK; Billie Dawson, III; Robert Dawson (Dava); Buddy Metts (Tammy); Edie Montgomery (Darren); Gena of AZ 

Numerous Nieces & Nephews

Along with his parents, a brother, Danny Dawson and a sister, Linda Eckert preceded him in death.

Rickey loved to play music and sing.  He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed riding around in his side by side.  His greatest joy was spending time being with his family and friends. 

Visitation will be Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 1:00 PM with Brother Dean Waters officiating. 

Memorials in his name are suggested In Care of the Family.
