Paula "Kay" (Waters) Scott

Paula “Kay” Waters Scott, 82, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Friday, June 28, 2024 at Miller County Nursing and Rehab in Tuscumbia, Missouri.  She was born June 29, 1941 the daughter of the late Jewell B. and Bernice (Baker) Fry Waters.  On June 24, 1962 in Lake Ozark, Missouri she was united in marriage to Howard “Wayne” Scott who preceded her in death on July 3, 2022.

Survivors include,

Daughter, Melanie Bennett (Jim) of St. Louis, MO

Son, David Scott (Kerri) of Eldon, MO

Four Grandchildren, Andy Bennett (Grace), Lindsey Bennett, Justin Bartels & Jaylan Bartels

Great-Grandson, Drew Bennett

She was a 1959 graduated of Osage High School and attended Drury College in Springfield, MO with her teaching degree.  Kay when on to teach at the Eldon School District, Eugene School and Russellville School.  She was a member of the New Life Assembly of God Church of Barnett, MO.

Private Family Services will be held and Interment at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials in her name are suggested to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery 49 Booth Road Eldon, MO 65026.
