Norma Jean (Koetting) Lepper, 88 of Eugene, Missouri passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023 at her residence in Eugene, Missouri surrounded by family. She was born March 10, 1935 in Henley, Missouri the daughter of the late Lawrence William and Hilda Angeline (Rehagen) Koetting. On September 7, 1957 in Mary’s Home, Missouri she was united in marriage to Walter Lepper who preceded her in death on March 25, 1997.

Children, Clifford Lepper (Joyce), Donald Lepper (Cindy)
Grandchildren, Derek Lepper (Lindsey), Bryan Lepper (Kyra), Jennifer Wolken (Mark), Nicole Wolfe (Brandon), Stephanie Pitts (Garrett), Justin Lepper, Jonathan Lepper
Twelve Great-Grandchildren
Brothers, David, Alfred, Larry & Ronnie Koetting
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, Franklin, Wayne, Jim, Kenneth, Tom & Bernard and sisters-in-law, Sophia and Lee Koetting
Norma attended elementary school in Mary’s Home, MO. She was employed with Oberman Pants Factory and as a cook for Eugene High School for twenty years. Norma was a lifetime member of Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Parish and was a member of the Mary’s Home Quilters as well as the VFW Auxiliary in Eldon, MO. She loved quilting, gardening, helping on the farm and mostly spending time with her family.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 4:00 PM at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church of Mary’s Home, MO. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM with Rev. James Finder officiating. Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Snows Cemetery.
Memorials in her name are suggested to Our Lady of the Snows Cemetery or for Masses.
