Naomi J. (Norfleet) Cox

Naomi J. Cox, 73, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024 at St. Mary’s Health Center in Jefferson City, Missouri.  She was born December 4, 1951 in Jefferson City, Missouri the daughter of the late Eliga and Oneta (Busch) Norfleet. 

Survivors include,

Children, Richard Cotten (Cheryl) of Eldon, MO; Russell Cotten of Eldon, MO; Ross Cotten of Eldon, MO; Jonathan Cotten of Eldon, MO; Julie Koenigsfeld of St. Charles, MO

Seventeen Grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren

Naomi was a member of the Enon Baptist Church of Enon, MO.  She was a graduate of Eugene Cole R5 School.  She greatly enjoyed researching genealogy and her ancestry. Her greatest love was spending time with her children, grandchildren and her family.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 26, 2024 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 12:00 PM with Pastor Tim Smith officiating.  Burial will follow at Spring Garden Cemetery in Eugene, MO.

Memorials in her name are suggested to Spring Garden Cemetery.
