Mildred Drake (Self) Pyatt

Mildred Drake Pyatt, 93, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Eldon Nursing and Rehab in Eldon, Missouri.  She was born March 6, 1933 in Jackson County of Swifton, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Ross and Sara (Brewington) Self. On August 12, 1995 in Cherryville, Missouri she was united in marriage to Cecil Pyatt who preceded her in death on January 19, 2022.

Son, Tim Drake and wife Sheri of Tuscumbia, MO

Grandchildren, Jessica Gibbs and husband Joe of Lake Ozark, MO; Jordan Bysor and husband Brandon of Lake Ozark, MO; Jason Drake and wife Jodi of Eldon, MO

Step-Children, Pamela Pyatt of St. Louis, MO; Joyce Tolcou and husband John of St. Louis, MO; Charles Pyatt of St. Louis, MO; Wanda Nievens of Steelville, MO; Mark Pyatt of St. Louis, MO

Several Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren

Along with her parents and her husband, a step-son, Darrell Pyatt, sister, Emma Robey, and one step-brother, Kenneth Collins preceded her in death.

Mildred was an active member of the Covenant Praise Church of God in Cuba, MO and the Tuscumbia First Assembly of God Church of Tuscumbia, MO.  She was employed as a beautician for twenty-five years and also worked at Eldon Nursing and Rehab in the 1990’s as a beautician.

Visitation will be Friday, April 10, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 AM with Jason Drake officiating.  Burial will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery.
