Marjorie Ann (Forrest) Witt

Marjorie Ann (Forrest) Witt, 93 of Tuscumbia, Missouri, formally of Barnett, Missouri passed away November 30, 2023 at Miller County Care & Rehab in Tuscumbia, Missouri.  She was born February 10, 1930 in Marshalltown, Iowa the daughter of the late George and Lillian (Perrin) Forrest.  On May 17, 1947 in Eldon, Missouri she was united in marriage to Glen Witt who preceded her in death on May 9, 2008.

Survivors include,

Sons, Wayne Witt (Hazel) of Barnett, MO; Ronnie Witt (Bobbie) of Barnett, MO; George Witt of Eldon, MO; Jerry Witt (Dalphne) of Barnett, MO

Fourteen Grandchildren, Thirty-one Great-Grandchildren and several Great-Great- Grandchildren

Along with her parents and husband, a granddaughter, Chrissy Witt, a grandson, Leonard Witt, a sister, Betty Witt, and an infant brother, Georgie Forrest preceded her in death.

Marjorie was a member of the Rocky Mount Baptist Church.  She was employed as a factory worker until her retirement.

Visitation will be Monday, December 4, 2023 from 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a Graveside Service at 12:00 PM at the Eldon City Cemetery with Pastor Lonnie Simpson and Rev. Daniel Duckworth officiating.

Memorials in her name are suggested to the Donor’s Choice.
