Louis pastored at numerous rural churches during his life time. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Eldon, MO and was Camp Minister at Riverview Campground near the Osage River.  He was employed at several hardware stores and he also enjoyed his time driving a bus for the public school system.  He enjoyed maintaining a beautiful lawn and perfection was not good enough.  Louis was very quick witted and enjoyed bantering with people; he could give it as well as take it.  He was very talented with his harmonica and was the longest most fierce and loyal St. Louis Cardinal’s baseball fan.  But above all, he dearly loved his wife and family, they were his greatest treasure.
