Lloyd G. Engelbrecht, 84 of Eugene, Missouri passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 16, 1939 in Eugene, Missouri the son of the late George and Pearl (Ekstam) Engelbrecht. On February 15, 1964 in Eugene, Missouri he was united in marriage to Wilma Mae (Belt) Engelbrecht who preceded him in death on March 29, 2023.

Preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth, David & Curt Engelbrecht, brother-in-law, Lloyd Belt, and sister-in-law, Janice Belt.
He was a lifelong member of the Eugene Christian Church of Eugene, MO, serving as treasurer and deacon. Lloyd was a rural route mail carrier for thirty-seven years and retired at the age of 83. He was a farmer his entire life and was an avid pheasant and quail hunter, always accompanied by his best friend Dink Musick and his sons.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 21, 2024 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the Eugene Christian Church with the Funeral Service beginning at 3:00 PM with Minister Daryl Struemph and Minister Alan McNeely officiating. Burial will follow at the Eugene Cemetery on Hwy. 17 in Eugene, MO.
