Leon Earl Parker

Leon Earl "Bud" Parker, 62 of Tipton, Missouri passed away December 4, 2012 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, MO. He was born June1, 1950 son of Claud E. Parker and Lula E. James in Clarksburg, MO. Bud worked for the Fisher pool table factory in Tipton for many years and retired from Cargill in 2005. He enjoyed caring for his chickens, rabbits and other animals on his place near Tipton. He is survived by his five brothers, Junior Parker and wife Linda of Clarksburg, Larry Parker and wife Sherry of Tipton, Charles Parker and Robert Dale Parker of Clarksburg and Edward Lee Parker and wife Gail of California. Three sisters, Alice Pate and husband Walter of California, Ruby Birdsong and husband William of Arkansas and Dorothy George of California. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held at the Roll Funeral Home in California on Thursday from 5 to 7 pm. Funeral Services will be held in the Roll Chapel on Friday at 2:00 pm with graveside services to follow at the Hickman Cemetery in Clarksburg.
