Lana Jo (Cardwell) McPheeters

Lana Jo McPheeters, 61, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Sunday, February 1, 2026 at Mercy Health Center in Springfield, Missouri.  She was born July 15, 1964 in Jefferson City, Missouri the daughter of James and Constance (Gier) Cardwell.  On May 10, 1986 in Camdenton, Missouri she was united in marriage to Michael McPheeters who survives of the home.

Sons, Kyle McPheeters (Rebecca) of Jefferson City, MO; Kory McPheeters (Rachel) of Tulsa, OK

Brother, Rick Cardwell (June) of Russellville, MO

Grandchildren, Callen and Grace McPheeters

Her father preceded her in death.

Lana was employed as an administrative assistant for both School of the Osage and Fasco Industries.  She also loved to volunteer her time at Gateway Industries in Eldon, MO.  Lana loved quilting, crafting and traveling but her greatest love was spending time with her family, friends and especially her grandchildren.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a time of sharing beginning at 12:00 PM.  Private Family Interment will be held at the Eldon City Cemetery.

Memorials in her name are suggested to Gateway Industries of Eldon, MO.
