John Edward Collins, 57 of California, Mo. passed from this world on the morning of May 23 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, Mo. John was born on June 27, 1955, son of Dwight L and Mary Jo (Cook) Moore. John enjoyed many things during his life. From being a Marine at a young age to being a grandparent in his later years. He enjoyed every experience in between. His one true love though was people. John never met a stranger in his life. John is survived by 3 sisters Chris and Peggy of California MO. , Roxie of Olathe Ks. One brother Don of Oregon. 4 children, Adella Wolfe of California Mo, Mary Jo Collins of Tipton Mo. Angie Guiterrez of Syracuse Mo. and John Collins of Lindsay, Ok. John is survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by parents.Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am, on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at the Roll Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the service time. Burial will be in the California City Cemetery.
