Jeffrey "Jeff" Flaugher

Jeffrey “Jeff” Flaugher, 59, of Olean, Missouri passed away Friday, August 13, 2021 at his residence in Olean, Missouri.  He was born June 27, 1962 in Tuscumbia, Missouri the son of the late Wade and Grace Ilene (Roark) Flaugher. 

Survivors include,

Daughters, Megan Sosnowski (Bryce) of Lake Ozark, MO; Machella Nichole Gonzalez of Springfield, MO

Grandsons, Sawyer Jeffrey Birchler & Oliver Sosnowski

Siblings, Nancy Clark (Jim) of Tuscumbia, MO; Sherry Sears of Tuscumbia, MO; Jesse Flaugher (Rayma) of Tuscumbia, MO

Step Son, Wyatt Breen of Eldon, MO

Sister in law, Tammy Flaugher of Olean, MO & numerous nieces, nephews, family & friends.

Formerly married to Machella “Shelly” Breen. 

Along with his parents, his siblings, Betty Abbett, Charlie Flaugher, Wanda Cheevers, Cindy Alieksaites & Gregory “Greg” Flaugher, and three brothers in law, Larry Sears, Donald Abbett & Joe Alieksaites preceded him in death.

Jeff was employed with Hiland Dairy for thirty-two years before retiring.  He was an avid fisherman and golfer.  He dearly loved spending time with his grandsons and family.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 19, 2021 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a Graveside Service beginning at 11:30 AM at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Tuscumbia, MO with Brother Charles Worstell officiating.

Memorials in his name are suggested to Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Due to current Covid risks, the family is recommending all who attend to please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
