Jean F. Koebel, 76, of Olean, Missouri passed away Saturday, March 28, 2026 at her residence in Olean, Missouri. She was born December 5, 1949 the daughter of the late Guy and Beulah (Hes) Kidwell. On March 17, 1978 in Miami, Oklahoma she was united in marriage to William Koebel who survives of the home.

Eighteen Great-Grandchildren and Numerous Nieces and Nephews
Along with her parents, a brother-in-law, Michael Koebel preceded her in death.
Jean was a member of the Mt. Herman Baptist Church where she played the piano. She loved music and played the hammered dulcimer where she was a member of the Dogwood Dulcimer Band. She enjoyed thrifting, frequenting Goodwill and Bear Market. She loved making jewelry and painting. She was employed for the State of Missouri for over twenty years. Her greatest love was her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Mt. Herman Baptist Church with a Celebration of Life beginning at 2:00 PM with Rick Seaton and Kent Hutcherson officiating. Private Family Interment will be held at a later date.
Memorials in her name are suggested to Mt. Herman Baptist Church.
