Janice (Rubendall) Brewer

Janice (Rubendall) Brewer, 84, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Monday, February 24, 2025 at Miller County Nursing and Rehab in Tuscumbia, Missouri.  She was born October 24, 1940 in Sac City, Iowa, the daughter of the late Forrest and Iola (Waters) Rubendall.  On December 2, 1958 she was united in marriage to Tyrone C. Brewer who preceded her in death on September 22, 2023.

Survivors include,

Children, Lisa Brewer (Jeff Golden) of Eldon, MO; John Brewer (Judy Byrd) of NC; Tracy Bishop (Mark) of VA

Sister, Kaye McCloney (Denny) of Des Moines, IA

Grandchildren, George Turpin, Cody Turpin, Sebastian Bishop

Great-Grandchildren, Ely Turpin Gerling, Ireland Turpin

Along with her parents and her husband, a sister, Rita Rubendall, and brothers, Marvin Rubendall, Leslie Rubendall and Dale Rubendall preceded her in death.

Janice was a dedicated military wife, she loved crafts, bowling and being a homemaker.  She was employed with the Department of Revenue after twenty years.  Janice was very family oriented and was very involved with her children and grandchildren’s activities.

Per her wishes, her body has been cremated and Private Family Inurnment will be held at a later date.

Memorials in her name are suggested to Fresh Start Animal Outreach.
