James “Jim” H. Imler, Jr., 79 of Eldon, Missouri passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at his home. He was born December 16, 1943 in Enon, Missouri the son of the late James Howard and Geraldine Louise (Hodel) Imler. On October 7, 2008 in Eldon, Missouri he was united in marriage to Janice (White) Imler who survives of the home.

Along with his parents, a sister, Wanda “Wendy” Duncan preceded him in death.
Jim proudly served in the United States Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was employed with the Rock Island Railroad in Missouri and Texas as an engineer until his retirement. He then began his own business in 1989, Jim Imler Rock and Haul Excavating and Dump Truck Service. He enjoyed racing, turkey shoots and much, much more but his greatest love was spending time with his family and friends.
