Jacqueline "Jackie" M. (Zinn) Schlesener

Jacqueline “Jackie” M. (Zinn) Schlesener, 82, of Ozark, Missouri passed away Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Ozark Nursing & Care Center in Ozark, Missouri.  She was born November 10, 1940 in Lost Springs, Kansas the daughter of the late Scottie Francis and Patricia Jane (Brosseau) Zinn.  On April 7, 1958 in Herington, Kansas she was united in marriage to Gary Lyle Schlesener who preceded her in death on March 25, 1970.

Survivors include;

Children, Jeff Schlesener (Jana); Suzie DeVore (Chris); Gary Schlesener Jr.

Eight Grandchildren; Kyle & Kirby Branch; Travis (Erin), Ethan (Abby) & Jacob (Brooke) Schlesener; Christian & Colton DeVore; & Calvin Schlesener

Five Great-Grandchildren, Riley, Liam, Lou, Audrey & Penny

Brother, Joe Zinn & Sister, Becky Lehnherr

A daughter, Robin Schlesener, two grandchildren, Katelyn DeVore & Jack Schlesener, one sister, Barbara Cook, and one brother, Donald Zinn preceded her in death.

Jackie had a strong faith in God and loved spending time with her family on holidays.  As a young girl she loved riding her horse Thunder.  Her love for horses continued throughout her entire life. 

Visitation will be Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 12:30 PM – 1:45 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.  Graveside Service will follow at 2:00 PM at the Eldon City Cemetery with Chaplain Susie Lynch officiating.

Memorials in her name are suggested to Ozark Nursing & Care Center of Ozark, MO.
