Garrel W. Allen

Garrel W. Allen, 85 of Eldon, Missouri died peacefully on Friday, March 11, 2022 surrounded by family in Eldon, Missouri.  He was born June 4, 1936 in Miller County, Missouri the son of the late Raymond and Nelda (Cotten) Allen.  On November 6, 1999 he was united in marriage to Elizabeth (Williams) Allen who survives of the home.

Step Daughters, Pamela Lutman of Eldon, MO; Tamara Alterowitz (Justin) of Florence, MT; Colleen Varelas (Ray) of Aliso Viejo, CA; Mary Sale (Dan) of Jefferson City, MO; Joy Carpenter of Eldon, MO; Leah Hanna (Dean) of Olathe, KS

Garrel loved going to flea markets and hosting family get togethers with Beth.  He enjoyed restoring guns and was an expert carpenter.  Garrell was also an avid hunter and fisherman.  He was loved by his family and friends and will be dearly missed.    

Visitation will be Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 1:00 PM ~ 3:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a Celebration of Life beginning at 3:00 PM.

Private Family Interment will be held at Greenmore Memorial Gardens at a later date.

Memorials in his name are suggested to Greenmore Memorial Gardens in Barnett, MO.
