Evelyn Viola (Bickmeyer) Enloe

Evelyn Viola Enloe, 88, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Eldon Nursing and Rehab in Eldon, Missouri.  She was born October 27, 1933 in Hermann, Missouri the daughter of the late Walter and Clara (Biber) Bickmeyer.  On October 10, 1953 in Russellville, Missouri she was united in marriage to Elijah “Doc” Allen Enloe who preceded her in death on December 11, 2020.

Children, Joni Clements of O’Fallon, MO; Kathy Bahr (Jim) of Jefferson City, MO; Joseph Enloe (Peggie) of Troy, MO; James Enloe (Robin) of Wright City, MO Kenneth Enloe of Barnett, MO

Fifteen Grandchildren and Twenty Great Grandchildren

Brother, Alvin Bickmeyer of St. Peters, MO

Seven siblings preceded her in death.

Evelyn was a member of the Enon Baptist Church of Enon, MO where she was a member of the quilting club.  She greatly enjoyed gardening, sewing, refurbishing furniture and babysitting her grandchildren when needed. 

Visitation will be Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a Memorial Service beginning at 3:00 PM with Brother Bob Hoskins officiating.  Private Family Interment at Enloe Cemetery will be held at a later date. 

Memorials in her name are suggested to Enloe Cemetery.
