Eric “Turkey” Imler, 50, of Eldon, Missouri passed away peacefully at his residence
in Eldon, Missouri. He was born January 19, 1972, in Jefferson City, Missouri the
son of the late Ralph Edwin “Bud” and Margaret Kay (Bowden) Imler and the
brother of the late Ralph Shane Imler.
Survivors include,
Daughter, Kelsie O’Neal of Carrollton, MO
Son, Shannon Roads of Roach, MO
Four grandchildren, Keaten, Korbin, Griffin, & Gabbie
Sisters, Melony St. Clair of Racine, MO; Jackie Imler of Eldon, MO
Turkey worked for Simpson Grading, where he was a heavy equipment operator,
not only did he love his job, but he was darn good at it. Turkeys love for family
and friends had no boundaries, he encountered no strangers, just lifelong friends.
He loved to laugh and enjoyed all the countless jaw drops and laughing outburst.
Turkey had so much pride in everything he did, from his neatly mowed grass to
his flag flying high. Turkey truly enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. Turkey
always found away in making any place feel like home. Turkey was so loved and
will be deeply missed but will forever live on in our hearts.
A special thank you to Chance Simpson and family. You will be forever in his heart
as family.
Per his wishes, his body has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will be on
Saturday, July 9 th , 2022, at 3:00 PM at The Buffalo Club of Olean, MO 65064
Memorials in his name are suggested in the care of the family.
