Eleanor Mae Bond, 88, of Blue Springs, Missouri passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Morningside Place in Overland Park, Kansas. She was born January 12, 1932 in Iberia, Missouri the daughter of the late James Author and Martha Ellen (Bilyeu) Law. On October 24, 1952 in Kansas City, Missouri she was united in marriage to Donald George Bond who preceded her in death on July 17, 2014.

Survivors include,

Son, Kirk Bond (Vanessa) of Independence, MO

Daughter, V. Renee Harris (David) of Marietta, GA

Son in law, Douglas Walther

Five Grandchildren, Maeghan, Kyle, Natalie, Elissa & Kieran

Two daughters, Janice Elaine Bond & Rita Mae Walther preceded her in death.

Eleanor was a member of the Blue Springs Church of Christ in Blue Springs, MO since 1972. She was also involved in the quilting group. She was employed by Unity Village for twenty-years before her retirement.

Private Family Interment will be held on Friday January 15, 2021 at Spring Garden Cemetery in Eugene, MO.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
