Edgar C. Lee

Edgar C. Lee, 90, of Tuscumbia, Missouri passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024 at his residence in Tuscumbia, Missouri.  He was born February 13, 1933 in Capps, Missouri the son of the late Lon and Martha (Birdsong) Lee.  On August 10, 1951 in Ulman, Missouri he was united in marriage to Audrey (Lupardus) Lee who preceded him in death on April 22, 2019.

Survivors include,

Son, Kenneth Lee (Sue) of St. Peters, MO

Daughter, Connie Bashore (Glen) of Eldon, MO

Five Grandchildren; Fourteen Great-Grandchildren; One Great-Great Grandson and one on the way.

Several Nieces and Nephews, along with four brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law

Edgar attended Bear School near Tuscumbia and graduated from Tuscumbia High School.  Edgar was a member of the Tuscumbia Christian Church of Tuscumbia, MO.  He was employed with Brockman Novelty in Tuscumbia, MO and Osage Products in Eldon, MO.  He then was employed with ABB until his retirement.  He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending most of his time on the river.  He enjoyed horseshoes, playing pool, bowling and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan.  His greatest love came from spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM with Pastor Lonnie Simpson officiating.  Interment will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials in his name are suggested to Mt. Zion Cemetery.
