Earl David Edwards, 99, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Monday, July 8, 2019 at Lake Regional Health Systems in Osage Beach, Missouri. He was born October 19, 1919 in Tuscumbia, Missouri the son of the late Joseph and Letha (Stokes) Edwards. He was united in marriage to Agnes Wilnetta (Paul) Edwards who preceded him in death on September 21, 1988.

Children, Douglas Wayne Edwards of Ulman, MO; Suzanne Paulette Wallace (Eldon) of Boise, ID; Darryl Ray Edwards of Columbia, MO; Sheryl Mae Edwards of Eldon, MO; Dwight Charles Edwards (Jackie) of Columbia, MO
Six Grandchildren & Six Great Grandchildren
A son, Sonny Edwards, one brother and two sisters preceded him in death.
Earl served in the United States Army Air Force where he was a POW during World War II and received a bronze star and a purple heart. He was employed with General Motors for thirty plus years before retiring and becoming a full time farmer which was his life’s passion.
Graveside Services for Earl will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Eldon City Cemetery.
