Debra Louise (Barrett) Cornelius

Debra Louise Cornelius, 65 of Eldon, Missouri passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 at her residence in Eldon, Missouri.  She was born March 28, 1957 in Shawnee Mission, Kansas the daughter of late LeRoy and Dorothy (Macoubrie) Barrett.  On May 25, 1975 in Shawnee Mission, Kansas was united in marriage to Ronald Cornelius who preceded her in death.

Grandchildren, Landon Rauch; Nicholas Cornelius; Elizabeth Cornelius; Ronald Cornelius; Christopher Cornelius; Tristan Cornelius; Dominic Cornelius; Laniee Cornelius; Gabriel Choate; Tyler Welch; Taylor Welch; Anthony Cornelius; Abby Cornelius; Laila Wilson; Lane Wilson & Logan Wilson

Her husband of twenty-six years, Ronald Cornelius and her Fiancé, Harry Wilkinson of ten years preceded her in death.

Debra and Ronald were high school sweethearts and she was a devoted military wife.  She was a member of the Elks Lodge of Bolivar, MO.   Debra was employed as a cook for many years with the Bolivar School District.  Her greatest love was her family, her kids and her grandchildren.

Memorials in her name are suggested In Care of the Family.

Per her wishes, her body has been cremated and services will be planned at a later date.
