Deborah Kay Leonard, 68 of Eldon, Missouri passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at her residence in Eldon, Missouri. She was born March 8, 1955 in Jefferson City, Missouri, the daughter of the late Clifford E. and Margaret Louise (Bradick) Simmons.

Grandchildren, Tyler Cato, Austin Cato, Brayden Cato, Kaiden Leonard, Autumn Pearson, Jaden Pearson, Baylor Pearson, Shylea Pearson & Georgia Hendrickson
Great-Grandchildren, Carter Cato & Kooper Cato
Siblings, C.E. “Bud” Simmons of Camdenton, MO; Barbara Woodham Hammond (John) of St. Louis, MO; Edward L. Simmons (Rhonda) of Eldon, MO; Linda Simmons-Thomas of Eldon, MO
Several Nieces & Nephews whom she loved dearly.
Along with her parents, a brother-in-law, Richard L. Thomas preceded her in death.
Debbie was a member of the Missouri and National Limousin Cattle Association. She loved her faith, God and country, and the Kansas City Chiefs. Debbie enjoyed photography, family genealogy, music, playing the piano, flying airplanes and was an avid gardener. She loved being on the farm where she could enjoy nature and the outdoors. Her greatest love was her family and spending time with all of them and her pets.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO. Graveside Services will follow at 12:00 PM at the Eldon City Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Frye officiating.
