Daniel Gene Stark

Daniel Gene Stark, 58, of Eldon, Missouri passed away, Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Lake Regional Health Systems in Osage Beach, Missouri.  He was born February 22, 1966 in Tuscumbia, Missouri the son of Henry Gamon and Mary Jane (Hurtubise) Stark.

Survivors include,

Mother, Mary Jane Stark of Eldon, MO

Significant Other, Gina Gaskell of Otterville, MO

Siblings, Harold D. Stark (Laura) of Eldon, MO; Henry G. Stark of Eldon, MO; Martha Vernon (Jerry) of Barnett, MO

Two children that he considered his own, Kaleb Gaskell (April) of Otterville, MO; Jacob Gaskell (Kari) of Paola, KS

Grandchildren, Kale, Connor, Rori & Anderson

A significant number of nieces & nephews

His father preceded him in death.

Daniel was a member of Greenridge Baptist Church and was baptized at an early age.  He was a past member of B.A.S.S., the Missouri BASS-NATION and many local Bass clubs.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, riding his Razr on trails in multiple states and sharing stories.  He adored his faithful companion Rudy, his black lab.    

Visitation will be Sunday, December 22, 2024 at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM with a Celebration of Life beginning at 3:00 PM with Bob North officiating.

Per his wishes, his body has been cremated and private interment will be held at a later date.

Memorials in his name are suggested to Greenridge Baptist Church or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
