Bruce Allen Hickey

Bruce Allen Hickey, 64, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.  He was born June 16, 1957 in Jefferson City, Missouri the son of the late Ronald and Freda (Law) Hickey.  On June 24, 2004 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas he was united in marriage to Jana (Zordel) Hickey who survives of the home.

Children, Ashley Kile (Jeff) of Lake Ozark, MO; Brant Allen Hickey (Hayley) of Tuscumbia, MO; Shanna Stark (Tommy) of Olean, MO; Audra Davis (Zachary) of Wardsville, MO

Nine Grandchildren, Jocelyn, Cullen, Braylon, Brynlee, Chloe, Cara, Alyssah, Gentry & Cruz

Siblings, Rhonda Simmons (Edward) of Eldon, MO; Paula Koerner (Gary) of Barnett, MO

Five Nieces

Bruce was a member of the First Baptist Church of Eldon, MO where he was baptized.  He also attended the Ninth Street Christian Church of Eldon, MO and was a member of the Men’s Prayer Group.   He was employed with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 41 years until his retirement where he was a member of the AT&T Telephone Pioneers.  Bruce was also a member of the Cloud 9 Ranch Camping Club and a former member of the Osage River Antique Power Association.

Visitation will be Friday, October 22, 2021 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Ninth Street Christian Church of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 12:00 PM with Chris Reynolds, Minister officiating.  Burial will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery.

Memorials in his name are suggested to the Ninth Street Christian Church.
