Bobby Johnson Obituary

Bobby J. Johnson, 83 formerly of Eldon, Missouri passed away Saturday, March 12, 2022 at his residence in Montreal, Missouri. He was born July 26, 1938 in Marble Hill, Missouri the son of the late Otto E. and Hazel Lydia Ellen (Crader) Johnson.  On August 15, 1960 in Pueblo, Colorado he was united in marriage to Dian (Richardson) Johnson who preceded him in death on August 29, 2004.

 

Survivors include,

 

Daughter and Son in law, Leea Betta (Giancarlo) of Montreal, MO

 

Grandchildren, Giancarlo V. Betta, II of Montreal, MO; Marina A. Betta of Montreal, MO

 

Niece, Robin Gladback (Eddie) of Eldon, MO; Nephews, Travis Richardson (Tabatha) of Versailles, MO; Raymond Salmons (Robin) of Lebanon, MO

 

Brother in law, Rudy Richardson (Sara) of Eldon, MO

 

A brother, Roy Eugene Johnson and mother in law, Mildred Cernoia preceded him in death.

 

Bobby was a Deacon at Old Time Gospel Church of Eldon, MO.  He served in the United States Navy where he served as an electrician from 1956 ~ 1959.  He was employed with FASCO until his retirement.

 

Visitation will be Friday, March 18, 2022 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Selby Hall Cemetery near Linn Creek, MO with Full Military Honors presented.

 

Memorials in his name are suggested to Old Time Gospel Church of Eldon, MO.
