Barbara (McGowan) Lanham

Barbara Lanham, 77, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Lake Regional Health Systems in Osage Beach, Missouri.  She was born January 8, 1944 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of the late Everett Jim and Lucille (Burris) McGowan.  On August 22, 1964 in Tuscumbia, Missouri she was united in marriage to Clyde Lanham who preceded her in death in 1999.

Daughter, Julie Lanham of Eldon, MO

Grandchildren, Chasity Phillips (Patrick) of Eldon, MO; Heather Humphrey of Eldon, MO; Brandon Humphrey (Laura) of Tuscumbia, MO; Cody Lanham (Jessica) of Brumley, MO; Ashley Black (Kelsey) of VA

Twelve Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews

Along with her parents and her husband, a sister, Bonnie Hodge, two brothers, James McGowan and Bob McGowan and a son, Brian Lanham preceded her in death.

Barbara was employed with FASCO Industries and as a waitress at the Eager Beaver in Eldon, MO.  She loved Elvis and spending time with her grandchildren.  She dearly loved her sister.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev. Earl Wood officiating.  Burial will follow at Tol Wood Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials in her name are suggested In Care of the Family.
