Andrew “Andy” Benjamin McNeely passed away Tuesday September 12,2023 at St. Mary’s hospital in Jefferson City, Missouri. He was born October 2, 1984 at Boone County hospital in Columbia, Missouri; the son of Alan B. and Judy (Rogers) McNeely. Andy was a graduate of Cole R-V High School, Eugene and a graduate of College of the Ozarks, Point Lookout, Missouri.
Survivors: his father and stepmother Alan and Joanie McNeely of Eugene, Missouri; his sisters Sara McNeely of Lee’s Summit, Missouri; Erin Miller and husband Mark and their son Carson of Branson, Missouri; a friend, Cassie Sanderson of Eldon; Step Grandfather, Bob Shipman of Eugene. Aunt, Janale Adkins and husband David. Cousins, many friends and colleagues will also miss him.
His mother Judy McNeely preceded him in death September 12, 2016.

After graduation from College of the Ozarks with a degree in hotel and restaurant management, Andy spent his career working for the Track, a family entertainment complex and teaching classes for IAPA (International Amusement Park Association). He also worked for other family fun parks in Tennessee and Texas. He was a member of Eugene Christian Church. His wishes were to share his life with others by being a transplant donor. One of his kidneys has already given life to a 48 year old.
Visitation will be Friday September 15, 2023 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, Missouri. Funeral services will be Saturday September 16, at 11:00 am at Eugene Christian Church fellowship Hall with burial to follow at Spring Garden Cemetery. Alan McNeely and Mark Miller will officiate.
