Roy Houston

Roy Houston, 85, of Russellville, Missouri passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Eldon Nursing and Rehab in Eldon, Missouri.  He was born November 6, 1933 the son of the late Cecil Houston McKinney.  On July 19, 1952 in Mountain Home, Arkansas he was united in marriage to Audra (Blankenship) Houston who preceded him in death on October 16, 2010.

Survivors include,

Son, Ronnie Houston (Becky) of High Point, MO; Harold Houston (Donna) of High Point, MO

Daughter, Karen Lawson (Todd) of Eldon, MO

His Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren

Sister, Thelma Harbison

A son, Roy Dale and a granddaughter, Casey Lawson preceded him in death.

Roy was co-owner of the Olean Livestock Market from 1974 to 2018.  He enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with his family.

Visitation will be Monday, July 1, 2019 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.  Funeral Service will be Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Phillips Funeral Home with Brother Glen Golden officiating.  Burial will follow at the High Point Cemetery in High Point, MO.

Memorials in his name are suggested to the High Point Cemetery.
