Ollie (Ziegler) Phelps

Ollie Phelps, 71, of Tuscumbia, Missouri passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at her residence in Tuscumbia, Missouri.  She was born November 20, 1946 in Sullivan, Missouri the daughter of the late William and Ethel (Bailey) Ziegler.  In June of 1993 she was united in marriage to Richard Phelps who preceded her in death on July 28, 2018.

Her Siblings, Henry Ziegler of Owensville, MO; Ida & Albert Rowen of Leasburg, MO; Charles & Patricia Ziegler of Richwoods, MO; Edna Hammon of Richwoods, MO; Fred & Donna Ziegler of Sullivan, MO; Fran Schaitzer of Sullivan, MO; Mary Hodges of Sullivan, MO; Joseph Ziegler of Sullivan, MO; Walter Ziegler of Cuba, MO; Richard & Sarah Ziegler of St. Clair, MO

Numerous Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren

A son, Mark Tucker, two sisters, Jen Coldwell and Margie Walls, and a grandson, Jason Tucker preceded her in death.

A Celebration of Life with be held on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM at the Eldon Community Center in Eldon, MO with a dinner served at 2:00 PM. 

Memorials in her name are suggested In Care of the Family.
