Norman DeGraffenreid

Norman DeGraffenreid, 78, of Eldon, Missouri passed Wednesday, February 20 at his residence in Eldon, Missouri.  He was born February 10, 1941 in Miller County, Missouri the son of the late Ollen and Eileen (Strutton) DeGraffenreid.

Survivors include,

Children, Rick DeGraffenreid & Fiance’ Joan Johnson of Barnett, MO; Connie Thorson (Mike) of Eldon, MO; Michael DeGraffenreid of Eldon, MO; Travis DeGraffenreid (Tina) of Eldon, MO.

Grandchildren, Dustin DeGraffenreid (Keshia); LeAnn Cox (Jesse); Anthony DeGraffenreid; Steven DeGraffenreid; Meghan Swanigan (Joey); Jessica Callahan; Micheala Polly; Jennifer Metzger

Evelyn JoAnn DeGraffenreid and a sister Charlotte preceded him in death.

Norman was owner/operator of D&H Bonding, and was employed with the Miller County Sheriff’s Dept. as a deputy.  He was a carpenter and a volunteer firefighter with the Moreau Fire Dept.  Norman dearly loved his music and enjoyed singing country songs.  He is loved and will be missed by many.

A Visitation Service will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.

Memorials in his memory are suggested to the Missouri Sheriff’s Association.
