Michael "Mike" Hager

Michael Len Hager, age 71 of Eugene, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Care Center.  Michael “Mike” Hager was born March 19, 1947 in Eugene, Missouri to Leonard Arthur and Mary (Stebbins) Hager who preceded him in death.  Mike was a 1965 graduate of Eugene High School and a lifelong resident of Miller County.  Throughout his life Mike worked for the Missouri Department of Conservation, built cabinets for family and friends and worked for most of his career as a union carpenter.  He was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and fishing.

Mike is survived by one brother, Steve Hager and wife Valorie of Holts Summit, MO.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 1:30 PM with Pastor Peter Lange officiating.  Interment will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials in his name are suggested to Bethany Lutheran Church of Eldon, MO.
