Lloyd Fague Obituary

Lloyd E. Fague, 87, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018 at his home in Eldon, Missouri.  He was born October 20, 1931 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of the late Albert and Lillian (Short) Fague.  On June 2, 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri he was united in marriage to Florence (Lamb) Fague who survives of the home.

Daughter, Joan Singleton (Jim) of Garland, TX

 

Granddaughter, Jessica Singleton

 

Sisters, Lillian Furgerson & Juanita Patterson

 

Brother, Floyd Fague

 

Many Nieces & Nephews

 

Four Siblings preceded him in death.

 

Lloyd served in the United States Air Force.  He was employed with McDonnell Douglas as a mechanic where he worked for thirty-seven years retiring in 1993.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Eldon, MO.  Lloyd was an avid hunter and sportsman and also enjoyed collecting guns.

 

Per his wishes, his body has been cremated and a Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Eldon, MO with Rev. David White officiating.  Burial will be private for the family at a later date.

 

Memorials in his name are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the First Baptist Church of Eldon, MO.

 

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
