Linda R. Vaughan, 74, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Thursday, July 19, 2017 at her residence in Eldon, Missouri.  She was born June 9, 1943 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of the late Emmanuel Robert and Berdyne Ruth (Hollis) Martin. On January 9, 1996 she was united in marriage to James A. Vaughan, Sr. who preceded her in death on June 10, 2006.

Daughters, Cheryl Foxworthy (Mark) of Eldon, MO; Carol Thomason (Dave Bunce) of Scottsdale, AZ

Son, Phillip Laytham (Gwen Enloe) of Kansas City, KS

Seven Grandchildren & Thirteen Great Grandchildren

Brothers, Ken W. Minick of Harrisonville, MO; William “Bill” O. Minick (Peggy) of Waverly, KS

Linda was a member of the Eldon Church of the Nazarene, past president of the PTA in Kansas City, KS and was a softball coach.

Her body has been cremated and services will be planned in Eldon and Kansas City, KS at a later date.

Memorials in her name are suggested In Care of the Family.
