Larry Bowden

Larry Bowden, 75 of Eldon, Missouri passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at his residence in Eldon, Missouri.  He was born May 5, 1944 in Iowa City, Iowa the son of the late Harvey Norris Bowden, Sr. and Arlene Sylvia (Rolstead). 

Survivors include,

Brother, Bob Jackson (Gloria) of Rocky Mount, MO

Several Nieces and Nephews  

Dear Friend, Peggy Nowack of Eldon, MO

Two brothers, Durwood Ray Bowden and Harvey Norris Bowden, Jr. preceded him in death.

Larry served in the United States Navy and was a member of the Eldon VFW Post #2442.  He was employed for many years as a supervisor in the manufacturing industries.  Larry loved to play pool and drink beer.

Visitation will be Monday, December 23, 2019 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with Funeral Services beginning at 2:00 PM.  Interment will follow at the Versailles City Cemetery in Versailles, MO with Full Military Honors presented by the Eldon VFW Post #2442.
