Juanita Carol Scott, 76, of Ozark, Missouri passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Ozark Nursing & Care in Ozark, Missouri.  She was born March 12, 1941 in Hugo, Oklahoma the daughter of the late Michael and Clara “Fay” (Parlee) Rodak.  In 1970 in Liberty, Missouri she was united in marriage to Jerry Marlin Scott who preceded her in death on April 15, 1990.

Sons, Earl Goad (Kimberly) of Blue Springs, MO; Michael Goad (Carrie) of Warsaw, MO; Terry Scott (Lucy) of Branson, MO

Daughters, Jeanette Fay “Jeannie” Allen of Antlers, OK; Michelle Greer of Sedalia, MO; Kim Greer of Sedalia, MO

Brother, Joe Lizotte of the state of AZ

Several Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren

Visitation will be Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home.  Graveside Service will follow at 12:15 PM at the Eldon City Cemetery with Rev. David White officiating.

Memorials in her name are suggested In Care of the Family.
