I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.

Sue, Dave, Don, Tammy and Family,
Please know that I speak for all of the Raynors, especially for my father, Bill Jr., that this day is darker because Joe is not on this earth. Joe was such an integral part of our lives, of all of the lives at Osage Products. He had such a way of making things happen! He could stop you in your tracks with a look and then get this playful grin on his face that would lift the mood when things got rough. Osage Products would not have been without Joe Prater and Bill Raynor would have been the larger than life figure he was without Joe Prater there beside him. Oh, during the hay day, we had some good times and it was the Bill and Joe Show. I think you had to be there to understand what a partnership there was, the love and respect these two men had for one another. So please know that during this difficult time our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Joe was a strong man who put up a good fight. Condolences to the family. I worked with Joe at Cedar Valley. He could put the fear of god in godless men. His bark was always worse than his bite. Rest peacefully, Joe.
