Daniel "Dan" L. Tucker

Daniel “Dan” L. Tucker, 90, of Eugene, Missouri passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Evelyn Hospice House in St. Louis, Missouri.  He was born July 18, 1927 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of the late Clay and Emma (Thompson) Tucker.  He was united in marriage to Wanda (Graham) Tucker who survives of the home.

Daughters, Brenda Daignault (Gerry) of Dubuque, IA; Tammy Pocilujko (Bill) of St. Peters, MO

Four Grandchildren, Stephen, Lauren, Paul & Matt

One Great Granddaughter, Hayden

Brothers, Tom Tucker of Kansas City, KS; Hershel Tucker of Columbia, MO; Dale Tucker of Liberty, MO; Bob Tucker of Mexico, MO

Sisters, Mary Hendley of Excelsior Springs, MO; Helen Koberowski of Independence, MO

Several Nieces & Nephews

Three brothers, Henry, Gene & Paul Tucker preceded him in death.

Dan served in the United States Army during the Korean War where he received his Purple Heart.  He was a member of the Church of Christ in Saline Valley.  Dan was employed with McDonnell Douglas for thirty plus years until his retirement in 1990.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, working his farm and raising cattle.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 12:00 PM with Brother Alan McNeely and Brother Matt Boughan officiating.  Burial will follow at the Eugene Cemetery with Full Military Honors presented.
